An establishment of a Governmental panel , to decide on a cohesive framework that will establish new ways to shepherd the Earth towards a better world for all humanity .
A Trilateral Commitee would include the United States, China and Russia. With a panel of 3 dignitaries.
Multilateral would include the 6 countries with resources and co-operative management systems already in place, with 6 dignitaries.This commitee would include the 15 most developed economies.
Unilateral would include all countries led by a Governmental panel, of 9 dignitaries.This would include all 200 countries and they would be represented by the 9 dignitaries.
This is known as a Sequential Patterning Effect.

7.To remove any unwarranted or past concerns that would hinder the establishment of a Trilateral body, a Multi lateral body, and a Unilateral body for all concerned
6. How/what/when/where/who would be the representatives for the member nations be and how would these three individual member chapters engage in discussion
5. Are there any hindrances in any aspect to implementing these forthcoming diplomatic meetings of the 3/Trilateral meetings, 6/Multilateral meetings and 9/Unilateral meetings and representatives meeting together for the first time
4.How would the 3 6 9 sequential patterning effect be implemented amongst the 3 6 and 9 representatives of each chapter
