They made their way into all sectors of the Australian economy, lawyers, Doctors, nurses, teachers, registry office workers, telephone workers, and aided the Group by deleting records, setting people up to look like drug dealers, drugged people and made them fuck their own children so that they looked like a paedophile, and sent them to prison, in order to cover their crimes. Horrible fake Police officers, call takers who offered no assistance when you rang crimestoppers, hackers who would do their bidding for a fee, enlisted drug crazed meth addicts who would do anything for a measly, tiny bag of meth, and worked towards gaining control of the system, in order to take it down when the time was right. Corrupt politicians, little boy brothels, raping and drugging women and girls and forcing them into prostitution, got them hooked on heroin, so that they would do anything for their daily hit, all for the sake of money. They lured victims to their towns, put the hit on them, made it look like suicide, died of old age, or left and moved to Queensland. All expertly covered up and people bribed to keep their mouths shut, or coerced into silence. Told by losers down through the years, “You don’t lag on people, you don’t want to be known as a lagger, do you”, and brought up to keep their mouths shut. He heard one story where they had coerced a Christian brother into beating a young, talented, gifted musicians hands, a piano player, because he wouldn’t join their gang. They laughed heartily about this, and all their other crimes, talked endlessly about meth amphetimine, marijauna, heroin, ecstasy pills and powder, PCP or angel dust, had large collections of child porn in boxes and on their phones and computers, and made their own child porn at home, all the while maintaining an air of respectability, they even had trophy photos on their walls that displayed instances of gang rape and other sadistic crimes. The Barleycorn
The Barleycorn, a gang in the Wimmera Mallee, Donald to be exact, a super secretive criminal gang that dealt drugs, gang raped young women and stalked people till they fled the small country town of Donald. Since he moved to Donald, he was persecuted, drugged, bashed and some say raped 14 times, just to show that they could do it. It was led by a sinister, brain dead moron, by the name of Peter Leider, who would bellow, rant and rave for hours on end, fueled by alcohol and drugs. He would scream blue murder, make diabolical threats and send his minions around to stalk any residents who stood in opposition. One of their stories, whether it be true or not, concerned a 17 year old girl by the name of Rachel Wilkinson, a pretty young intelligent girl who had ambitions of becoming a solicitor, a legal eagle down in the big smoke. The Barleycorn stalked the family of 17, and they decided to send Peter Leider around to introduce himself, and coach her, and help with her education. He would lean over her work and say things such as, “Oh yes, I know a little about that, and come out with little tidbits of information that were intended to impress her with his extensive knowledge. What she didn’t know, was that Peter had one of his brain dead mates, standing outside the window, coaching Peter, as to what to say. Alas, his ploy was discovered and was asked to leave, which enraged Peter and consequently howled at his Barleycorn friends, “Fucking uppity mole, thinks she’s smart, wants to be a solicitor, well we’ll see”. One night, their Barleycorn gang, broke into the Wilkinson home, basically murdered all 16 family members, carried the dead family members away and took Rachel captive. They burnt down the house and headed out to a remote location where they proceeded to gang rape her, this event lasted for days, where sundry members of the Barleycorn, sat around drinking alcohol, with their young children. After they had gang raped her, Peter Leider, drove a star picket, up her anus and they tilted her head back, and Peter drove it up, through her body ,till it came out her mouth, the screams were diabolical. Still alive, they lifted her body and placed it over a large fire. She didn’t last long and they sat around watching the body, roasting away. When it was done, they started to devour the body, with apparently, young children sitting around watching, who would say things like, “Look, girl burning”. When they had finished, they buried the body in a shallow grave, with the star picket still inside the corpse and headed back to Donald. Through the years, whenever anyone new arrived in Donald, they were persecuted, and driven out of town, because they didn’t like strangers, small town mentality, brain dead rapist losers and drug addicts, and they shouted the story to anyone who would listen, in order to intimidate them, so they would not inform the Police. He heard this story, quite a few times, with other comments thrown in by the other surviving Barleycorn members, as well as multiple stories of gang rapes, drugging, councillors on the take, people receiving $2700 dollar payments to keep their mouths shut, and anyone who they could not force out of town, was drugged and driven into a psychiatric ward, or murdered outright, their possessions disposed of and all of their records deleted by their horrible little paedophile mates who were secreted in places where access was easy, this and other criminal activities were carried out over a 47 year period. Till someone came along, and stood up to the Barleycorn, an elderly pensioner who would not take their shit, and held out till he could contact the Police, which they attempted to thwart , by hacking into his iPads, and computers, till he installed encryption on his hard drive, rendering them unable to gain access, and was able to send a short note to crime stoppers. Many were involved, so they say, and it was strange, that despite articles, reports and sundry comments, no one said a single word to him, apart from one brave, elderly woman who had been stalked by the Barleycorn. Tonight their pathetic little story goes along the lines of, at 5:30 am, tomorrow, low yield, nuclear weapons, would be exploded over all areas of the planet, wiping out all life forms. Members of their pathetic cult, were to escape by descending down a hatch in their backyards, and make their way to an underground bunker, where they would live for three years, and ascend to the surface, once all life had been extinguished and reign as Kings, with the remaining few millions, eking out an existence by planting GMO foods, and living off a few cattle and chickens, all life would have perished, all the trees gone, and the radiation dissipated to a safe level. This is the mentality that he had to deal with, 24/7, every day and night of the year, so Peter Leider, why don’t you and your pathetic Barleycorn, go and fuck yourselves, with a star picket, you drugged out, disease ridden, brain dead, homosexual, paedophile, gang raping, murdering losers.

But because of their Jack the Ripper mentality, that is the thing that drives them the most, and that is the most horrific torture, gang rape, cannibalism, and murder, of, in particular, young gorgeous girls, round about 15 or 16, and when they return from an event, some time later, they consume drugs, drink alcohol, watch porn, and become obsessed with having sex with a young girl. Decreased Gliogenesis
Neurons are not the only cells in the CNS. A number of other cells generally referred to as glial cells also comprise the central nervous system. These cells have a number of responsibilities, including signaling capacities, fighting infection, developing myelin (the fatty sheath or white matter that neurons used to effectively communicate), etc. The use of methamphetamine has also been associated with increased damage and death to these cells in a number of brain areas, particularly in the prefrontal cortex where a number of important functions, such as attention, planning, abstract thinking, judgment, etc., occur. In addition, methamphetamine use is associated with a decrease in the production of glial progenitor cells, which are immature glial cells that differentiate into different types of glial cells.
Decreased White Matter
As certain glial cells (oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells) become damaged and the ability to produce myelin is affected in both the brain and spinal cord, the amount of white matter in the CNS is decreased. White matter (myelin) aids in efficient singling between neurons in the CNS. White matter is located on the axons (signaling portions) of the neurons, and as this matter is decreased, neurons become less efficient in transmitting their signals. This results in a number of functional deficits.
Decreases in the Levels of Dopamine and Serotonin Transporters
Dopamine and serotonin transporters are specialized cells in the CNS that function to remove the dopamine and serotonin that have been released from the neurons into the synaptic cleft (the space between neurons) and bring them back into the cell where they can be repackaged for reuse. This partially results in the psychoactive effects of meth, but also leads to later dopamine and serotonin depletion because the neurons have less dopamine to use later. This can result in a number of extreme mood effects, such as initial extreme euphoria followed by extreme periods of depression, apathy, and hopelessness.
Increased Glutamate Calcium in the Brain
Increases in the neurotransmitter glutamate (the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain) and calcium are often associated with neurotoxic effects in the brain as a result of the neurons being overly excited and continuing to fire to the point of actually damaging the system. If not modulated, this can result in significant damage throughout the central nervous system.
Neurotoxic Effects that Damage the Dendrites of the Neurons
A number of these neurotoxic effects lead to significant damage in the dendrites of neurons. The dendrites of neurons are the receiving portions of the neurons that receive the chemical singles from other neurons. This damage prevents the neurons from communicating effectively and can affect a number of cognitive and motor functions.
Cytoskeletal Damage
The support system in the cells is also damaged by use of methamphetamine. This can result in cellular collapse if the support structures are significantly damaged.
Damage to the Circulatory System of the Brain
Use of methamphetamine also affects the veins, arteries, and capillaries in the central nervous system via issues associated with increased blood pressure, weakening veins and arteries, leaving them open to clots, and scarring them. This results in an increased potential for an individual to have a stroke. Strokes in the central nervous system are often classified as ischemic or hemorrhagic. Ischemic strokes occur as a result of depletion of blood to certain areas of the brain and the accumulation of damage to the tissues as a result of depleted oxygen over time. This situation is a chronic one and often associated with permanent effects. Hemorrhagic strokes occur as a result of the breaking of an artery or vein in the brain and the resulting reduction in blood flow to the tissues of the brain. Hemorrhagic strokes are typically more acute, and recovery from hemorrhagic strokes is generally more robust than recovery from ischemic strokes. Both ischemic strokes and hemorrhagic strokes can develop as a result of chronic methamphetamine use. This presents an extremely complicated issue.

Cognitive, Behavioral, & Psychological Effects of Meth Use
The list of cognitive and emotional effects that occur as a result of chronic use of meth continues to expand based on research. In general, the research studies cited above, NIDA, and the DEA, as well as information taken from The Everything Guide to the Human Brain, indicate that the following cognitive areas are affected significantly as a result of chronic methamphetamine use:
Attention
The term attention is a broad term that encompasses a number of functions, some of them very subtly complicated. Various aspects of attention and concentration are affected by chronic use of methamphetamine as a result of damage that occurs to the neurons in the frontal and prefrontal cortex of the brain. Chronic issues with being able to focus, switch focus, and concentrate for lengthy periods of time often remain even after significant abstinence.
Judgment and Problem-Solving
Like attention the terms judgment and problem–solving are general labels for a number of different cognitive functions, some of which are very complex and occur in multiple steps. The damage that occurs as a result of meth use affects the ability of the individual to suppress impulses, and this may lead to poor judgment and problem-solving. The extent of this dysfunction will vary from individual to individual. Some individuals may become rather impulsive and need quite a bit of assistance initially in controlling their behavior, whereas others may have more subtle deficits.
Memory
Research studies have demonstrated that the ability to encode and recall information is significantly decreased in both animals and humans following chronic methamphetamine use.
Movement Issues
The damage that occurs to a number of the neurons in white matter tracts in the brain is also associated with changes in motor functions, including reaction time, coordination in very subtle and complex skills, and very basic functions, such as walking.
Emotional Control
Related to issues with impulse control is a person’s ability to self-regulate and control emotional states and/or their actual experience of emotions. Individuals who have chronically used methamphetamine demonstrate any number of emotional issues that can mood swings, chronic depression, chronic apathy, a loss of motivation, issues with aggression, hostility, irritability, and even self-harming and/or suicidal behaviors. This reflects both the depletion of neurotransmitters and the structural damage that occurs as a result of chronic methamphetamine use.
Psychological Issues
Individuals who chronically use methamphetamine are more susceptible to the development of severe psychiatric disorders, including issues with psychotic-like behaviors, such as delusions, hallucinations, impaired reality testing, etc. Some of these psychotic-like behaviors can be rather idiosyncratic. For example, the term meth bugs refers to a psychiatric condition where chronic methamphetamine users have a sensation that their skin is crawling or itching with bugs even though no external stimulation is occurring. This condition will often remit but may return spontaneously in some individuals.
Individuals who have pre-existing mental health conditions and have used methamphetamine for lengthy periods of time, resulting in prolonged binges and a lack of attention to self-care, will obviously accrue more damage to the brain and central nervous system compared to individuals who use the drug for shorter or less intense periods or those who have fewer psychiatric issues. It is clear from the research that methamphetamine has the potential to produce lasting effects in anyone who uses it.
Treatment Options for Meth Addiction
Fortunately, meth addiction is treatable. While there are currently no medications approved to treat stimulant use disorders, there are evidence-based treatment approaches that have helped many people achieve long-term sobriety. These include:
Behavioral therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), contingency management (CM), and more.
Psychoeducation.
Peer support, like 12-Step programs and SMART Recovery.

Tuesday, 2nd September, 2025. Arose at 02:34 am, went about my business, performed my ablutions, drank two cups of Moccona coffee with milk and smoked two, one paper joints comprised of medicinal cannabis sativa and organic tobacco. I then proceeded to practice my meditation at 04:00 am. I heard a shrill sound that sounded like someone screaming or yelling vociferously down through a long pipe in the distance, there was a comment made about a device being used somewhere in town that would disrupt a persons meditation. After some time, 58 minutes, I discontinued my meditation, had another coffee and heard a voice saying that I should go back to bed. Needless to say, I took the advice, as good advice is hard to find and went back to bed. I later arose and attempted to meditate at around mid-morning, accompanied by a conversation that went along the lines of a group of individuals who were attempting to once again thwart my meditation. The eerie disturbance diminished after a short time due to the individuals being dispensed with, by unknown means and manner and I was able to achieve the state of Sunyata ;
sunyata, in Buddhist philosophy, the voidness that constitutes ultimate reality; sunyata is seen not as a negation of existence but rather as the undifferentiation out of which all apparent entities, distinctions, and dualities arise. Britannica.com
This lasted for approximately one hour, after which I went about my day. At approximately 02:05 pm, I heard someone shouting out loud in their house, from what I could tell, that there was no conspiracy in Donald, there was no conspiracy in Victoria and that the Victoria Police Force should forget about it, I was quite surprised.
