It was a pleasant, almost balmy Monday night, nothing much stirred save for the occasional visitor to the next door neighbours back yard. Becoming used to the almost incessant visits by enquiring or disturbed individuals did become quite commonplace and had lost most of it’s quaint , once genial charm. It had long gone past midnight and his imagination roamed the corridors of his mind, he fixed his attention to the faux lace curtains that hung down in front of the sliding windows, the roller blind was up and he could peer through the gloom of the night to see into the backyard at times or fix his attention on the curtains. He let himself slide into an almost trance like state and his eyes defocused upon the fixed location of his view. There it was, where once the lace curtains had been, draped in front of the window, now appeared the underlying static energy field of the curtain, a three dimensional viewpoint of the matrix that comprised that section of the curtain. Four perfectly formed spherical balls hung in the air, shimmering with latent intent, but of no threat to any form. It was beautiful to behold, it had been thirty years since he had last gazed upon the Quantum field and it’s image had always remained ingrained upon his memory, he stared at the two dimensional balls that suspended themselves in a perfect 3 dimensional square. Four simple dots on the lace curtain, access the quantum realm, and bobs your uncle, you have the three dimensional energy matrix that underpins our perception of reality. He did not stay long in the field, there were other pressing matters to be entertained and seen too and he disregarded the curtains for a short while. He wondered if he should perhaps gaze at the intrinsic nature of the top of the curtain, he entertained the thought and it was suggested that perhaps not the top section of the curtain, could be hazardous in that quadrant of the field, too busy, keep it simple stupid, the old KISS principle. Someone did say that whatever I did, don’t change any of the energy structures in the field, don’t change anything basically, not that he knew if it was possible or not but he never bothered, too risky, could crush reality in that time space dimensional sector of the curtain. He lounged back after a while, pleased that once again he had been able to gaze upon the fabric of reality and considered the matter intensely. At some point during this time, gazing into space, he was slightly intrigued to see a ghostly apparition appear, a hand seemingly passing through the glass, pushing the curtain in somewhat and waving his hand back and forth, “Just testing the air”, the ethereal voice replied to his mental questioning , “Psychic enquirer”. He had been gassed twice this week and did not want to overdo it on the deadly gas intake, too much can slow you down. He did raise himself slightly to observe the ghostly hand more closely, he was pleased to see that it was not attached to a body and realised it was his old friend Thing, a pretty good natured trans dimensional entity from the fifth dimension, pretty much a boyhood companion. Thing moved on and things were quiet until Flash Gordon arrived, not quite the cartoon character but more so a shadow entity, you only glimpsed them for a fraction of a second, move at the speed of light, which is almost a contradiction of terms since Flash is a Shadow Wraith, fourth or fifth dimension, travel between realities, all that sort of thing. He left quite soon after arriving and stopping for a moment to engage in some friendly banter, “Are you still the fastest loser in the Galaxy Flash, you spun out meth head”, “Gee whiz Henry Banwell, your insults are still hopelessly inadequate, gotta go, things to do, people to haunt and all that sort of thing, be well my friend”, and disappeared, as they say, in a flash. Things settled down for a while till the Hardings appeared in their backyard to begin their nightly worship of the great Owl God, Babylonian I think, Moloch, same one that the Bilderberg group worship in Bohemian grove, some bullshit like that. This had only become a recent event, perhaps even more surprising than seeing a hand come through your window, and he watched as the two elderly pensioners got down on all fours and bowed to their God, Moloch, that was what was said, he wasn’t too certain of the exact details, who they were actually bowing too, probably didn’t matter, not in Donald anyway. He watched them for a while and wondered if they were going to perform chanting or ritual child sacrifice, he wouldn’t have been surprised any which way, so he sat back down to await the next trans dimensional entity or strange event.

As the night progressed and the teaching Masters disappeared to evade the dawn, he awaited the rising of the Sun, it had been a pretty good night and he had caught up with some old friends. I rise today for chapter 1 of what will take many hours. I recently have been given an order

to produce documents to the McClellan Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to

Child Sexual Abuse to justify my making a case to the royal commission, which is doing

excellent work and is discovering things on the public record about the treatment of and

behaviour towards children in our institutions—which a lot of us have known about for 50

years; most people have chosen to look the other way and ignore—that we have the same

problem, I think, in the institution of the law as well as in the institutions of our churches et

cetera.

I was given an order to produce, and I produced, documents to justify my case to the

McClellan royal commission. I have some of those documents here. The notations from the

royal commissioner are on the documents. This one I am holding up here, for instance,

asks, about boys picked up by judge so-and-so, 'Were they Marcellin College students?' This

is a police intelligence document that says, 'A certain judge used to pick up boys in the

toilets opposite Marcellin College.' That particular judge, by the way, gave a sentence of

'found guilty till the rising of the court' to a person who was charged with serious sexual

offences. He also allowed a father who was abusing his foster children and whom he found

guilty in a closed court, with names suppressed, to go back to the family home. That is that

particular judge.

I want to make the case that there is clearly a need—and I intend to get a senior legal

opinion—for the inclusion in the terms of reference for the royal commission, under

'institution', the institution of the law. We also need a federal judicial commission. In

estimates the other day, the Attorney-General said we do not need a federal judicial

commission because there is no endemic corruption in the federal law system. I said to

him, 'Well, does that mean there is in New South Wales,' because New South Wales does

have the very, very successful Judicial Commission of New South Wales, which does

everything from educating judges on sentencing to being a speed camera in the system for

this behaviour. Of course, I did not get a sensible response to that: 'It's a different

jurisdiction,' et cetera.

Within the federal jurisdiction, I have pointed out the behaviour of one Dr Rikard-Bell, who

has given 2,000 opinions as an expert to the Family Court. The Family Court system in

Australia is broken. There are a lot of things that go on in there, with partners dividing and

accusations of sexual misbehaviour within the family, especially the fathers. This guy, who

has given 2,000 opinions as an expert to the court, says in an interview with the ABC,

which I would like to table, that he has no real expertise. In fact, he was instructed by a

man, Dr Richard Gardner—who has since suicided, by the way—that Dr Rikard-Bell

recommends as an opinion maker, and who said:

... the child has to be helped to appreciate that we have in our society an exaggeratedly

punitive and moralistic attitude about adult-child sexual encounters ...

This is the guy giving advice to Dr Rikard-Bell. This Dr Rikard-Bell insists on interviewing

children in front of the offending fathers. How is that for intimidation? And so it goes on.

So there is a serious problem in the Family Court. I now have on my desk in my office a pile

which is nearly a foot thick of correspondence from parents, especially mothers, who have

been mistreated, as they see it, in the Family Court. I just think the Family Court needs

sorting out, but I do not have time to go through the particular detail.

I have here also police documents that every Attorney-General, from Philip Ruddock to now,

has seen. The present Attorney-General has not been delivered these documents; he saw

some of them in a Senate hearing in Melbourne, where I was not allowed to table them.

This goes to why we need a federal judicial commission and why we should include the

institution of the law in the terms of reference of the royal commission. This is a police

document, from the Child Protection Enforcement Agency—I will not name anyone—to the

Commissioner of Police New South Wales, with a date: 'The attached report relates to

Justice'—the name is deleted—'who has emerged prominently during my investigations to

date. Much of the information is hearsay and not capable of being sustained, but collectively

it paints a disturbing picture of a senior member of the legal profession who may or may

not have committed criminal offences but who certainly, in my view, is open to

compromise,' which is the serious issue. It goes on: 'In the circumstances, I feel no

alternative but to seek your permission to carry out a sustained surveillance operation

against this target. I do not take this decision lightly in view of Justice'—deleted

name's—'high profile, but I feel that based on similar evidence I would have little hesitation

in carrying out such an operation against any other member of the public. For such reasons,

I do not think that this particular person should be treated any differently, though I

recognise the matter must be handled with acute sensitivity. I am of the view that such an

investigation would serve a dual purpose. Primarily, it may provide evidence of criminal

offences committed against young boys aged under 18. There is certainly strong suspicion

of such activity. Secondly, it may yield evidence of inappropriate behaviour which, whether

or not it constitutes a criminal offence, would leave the judge open to compromise and

ought to be reported to the appropriate legal body'—very important words. It continues:

'Such consideration was singularly absent from the suspicion surrounding Justice Yeldham,'

and I will name him, 'which consequently did not show either the police or the legal

profession in a good light. I believe this action is defensible on those grounds alone. Subject

to your approval, I intend to take personal command of the operation under the auspices of

Strike Force Cori.'

I also raised in estimates the other day another police document, with a list of people. I am

not going to name anyone on this list. I note that royal commissioner Justice Wood said he

does not recall this document at the time, even though it is his document, signed off by

Gary Crooke QC. It is addressed to the New South Wales Police Service and it is a list of

alleged paedophiles. A person known to the commission compiled the list involving

paedophilia. The list details his knowledge of activities—these are only allegations—and at

the back there are surveillance issues.

To give an idea of the intensity of this: the first person on the list is a former Prime

Minister; the second person is a political party heavyweight; the next person is a very

senior business person; the next person is a senior judge; the next person is a Supreme

Court master; the next person is Justice Yeldham, who, sadly, has passed away. He should

not have suicided. Everyone knew what he was up to. The next guy on the list is a local

court magistrate; the next guy is a former president of the Law Society; the next one is

John Marsden, who has passed away; the next one is a judge, the guy who used to go to

Marcellin College; the next guy is a QC; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a

barrister; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a QC; the

next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a QC; the next guy is a senior partner of a law firm;

the next guy is a senior solicitor of a law firm; the next guy is a barrister's clerk—and so it

goes on.

These are police documents. The Wood royal commission, in volume 4, said they were

disturbed at the way files were mismanaged and the contents were lost. Sadly, I have a lot

of the contents from the lost files and I have had them for some time. They were delivered

to me on a bench in the botanic gardens. I think it is absolutely essential that we, the

Australian people, give serious consideration to why we should have a judicial commission

and why we should get the royal commission, which is doing a fantastic job, to include this

in its terms of reference.

I have talked about Costello's, the boy brothel, and Porky's. Some of the people who

attended those are noted here. The police were on the payroll. They would ring up

Costello's, the boy brothel, and say, 'We're coming to raid you.' They were being paid. I can

name the coppers that were getting the money. The police are seriously compromised. For

someone like me, who has all this knowledge, even though you could get smashed for

talking about—it would be derogatory—I do not think it would be responsible to not try and

do something about it.

I have a police letter here saying that there was a guy who represented Philip Bell, a

notorious paedophile, under a false name in court. I wrote to the police and said, 'Why

haven't you arrested him?' They said: 'It's only evidence from the royal commission. We

would have to have another investigation. Evidence from the royal commission may not be

admissible in a prosecution. We would have to have our own investigation.' I am advised

the prosecution always retains a discretionary power not to proceed—in other words, a

cover-up. This is a lawyer who represented—

Friday night, 10/10/25, 10 pm approximately, I awoke after a snooze and received a notification from the bank querying a transaction made from Hong Kong on my credit card, I declined the transaction and cancelled my credit card. Saturday morning I arose at about 4 am and began some light study. At about 9 am I noticed a strange smell and felt drowsy and dozed off for an hour, afterwards I had a splitting headache and tightness in the upper chest, this had also happened a week earlier on the Saturday previously when I had noticed an intense chemical smell, I had then opened the window and found it was much stronger outside my window, eventually I had to collapse into bed with intense chest pains and unable to breathe properly, it took me about 3 days to recover, then the next Saturday,11/10/25, it happened again, incidentally while I was watching documentaries into Australian paedophiles and went outside to have a nap in the sun. I thought at one stage I heard my back door closing quietly but as I had my back to the door and was half asleep, I did not notice anything amiss. When I awoke after going inside to lay down on my bed at about 4 pm, I went to take my emphysema puffer medication and found that it had been stolen. I had taken it that very morning at about 4 am and had just bought a new dosage the previous Friday, 10/10/25. I then heard the local criminal group known as The Barleycorn, led by Peter Fielder/Fielding, laughing and shouting, that they were going to watch me suffer and die, I was fortunate enough to find some old asthma medication which they had missed and if that suffices, I may not have to ring the ambulance. The person responsible for jumping the back fence while I was dozing in the sun from John Harding’s house was Louis Mackervalle. I don’t know if that’s his name or if Peter ‘Slag’ Fielder is his real name but that’s what was reported to me by one of their other victims in Donald, an elderly lady who had been abused, stood over and robbed by the putrid slag paedophile dogs known as The Barleycorn.

So you got fucked over by a heap of fucking loser paedophiles and you don’t know what to do and you’re the only one left. The last man standing, well, you need a plan. A really good fucking plan. It’s always good to have a motto, mine is “Die Paedophile Die” and another one I like is, “It is better to live on your feet than to die on your knees. My last one was last Saturday night, horrible smell in the lounge room, opened the window and it was worse, terrible pains in the chest, could not breathe properly, blah, blah, blah, got over it though, they said it was Sarin, don’t believe them, costs a million bucks a small canister they say. The Road to Success

You want to succeed, you want money, power, control, what do you want, really, do you have an objective, a clear idea, a firm outline of where you want to go, do you know how to go about it, where do you start, what do you do, who do you ask for advice.

Do you ask the preacher and leave feeling empty with the reply, or does your heart soar.

Can you hear the truth, and I’m not talking hairy fairy philosophical bullshit.

Can you smell bullshit when it hits you, spot a lie, tell deceit from the real deal, spot a real bargain, one that will last for years, decades, like my old analogue stereo, 50 years old, Pioneer turntable and amplifier, Peterson speaker laboratories speakers, huge buggers, luminaura tweeters, sounds like liquid gold, cost me, about, all up, $450 dollars, that’s a real bargain.

Can you wait until the time is right to make your move, what if you could time all your actions to synchronise with the Universe, go with the flow and everything falls into place, like a well oiled watch, is that possible? Just wondering.

Is there some reason why you can’t stay up for 78 hours in a row, cracking jokes, tearing strips off people, doing it well and having a fucking great time, little food and surviving on coffee and a small bite to eat every now and again, and I do stay up quite often these days, been up for 24 hours now, mostly working on my blogs, no artificial enhancements, no speed, no meth, nothing but organic tobacco and medicinal cannabis, 27% pure THC, continuously, all day and all night every day, and I was diagnosed with stage 3 emphysema some years ago.

Would you be able to comprehend a Schrödinger equation in 45 minutes, then work out a solution as to how to make the equation useful for everyday use, in a naive sort of way, had no training in science, can you do a 27 hour day of hard manual labour, at 63 years of age.

Were you able to learn 12 musical instruments, take over the world, establish a new world order and all of that malarkey. To me it is no big deal, I do not crow about it or brag and I am writing about it because I was asked too.

Yes, I am an absolute smartarse, but no one gave it to me, I had to work damm hard, all the time, no matter what, sometimes there were slack days, but most of the time I was doing something, mostly constructive and sometimes destructive.

But, eventually you work out that it is all bullshit, and how do you do that, what did I say, if you believe me and keep an open mind, I said to meditate, do that first and foremost, you cannot think properly in an ugly space, you cannot work effectively while there is mess around you, some succeed for sure, but not many, if your mind, your thinking, is constantly talking and dreaming of that new car in the future, you will never be able to receive the good oil when it does arrive, and do you know why you will never hear that message from your own mind, your brain, that message doesn’t use words very often, but conveys an impression, a feeling of what to do ,an automatic action, instead of thinking, “I might go and have a cup of coffee”, you simply stand up and go and get your coffee without thinking a single word.

You work on an automatic, almost instinctive urge, a gentle urge, maybe not even an urge, simply going about your day without any thinking.

No one can read your mind then, and they will all be guessing what you are up too, so they will have to watch you even more keenly, and you will uncover their secrets.

5 minutes a day, in the dark, in the silence, early morning is good for meditation, but anytime is fine if that is your only option for the day.

You will know when to eat, what to eat, when to sleep, when to get up and eventually learn how to gain acceptance of your new circumstances.

Sure, some people have to get up at 8 o’clock in the morning, I like around 4 in the morning to wake up and get about my day, but you accept what is and learn how to get up a bit earlier so you can meditate, and then once you achieve a certain state, a certain level of meditation, you find that all worry disappears, no more worries about money, no more alcohol, no more junk food, no more TV, and you cut out all the useless and bullshit things that don’t really help or add to your life, things that don’t matter in any meaningful way.

Hours spent in idle pursuits, when you could have been studying and using those hours to improve your education, like I put up in my blog, a simple plan to make 50,000 dollars a year doing something you enjoy, and if you are lucky, love doing that thing, then you can work for long periods of time and suffer minimal consequences, couple of days to rest and recover, then I’m right as rain.

Do that first, meditate like your life depended on it, then the Universe will eventually help you out. Definitely not going to happen if it is every other day, has to be every day, and yes, sad news folks, it can take years, but once you are there, you can cruise through life without a care in the world, be patient, don’t want for anything, and let go of everything you possess, character, religion, diet, material goods.

You don’t have to throw anything out, though a good clean out is always good, and if you are struggling with finances, cut back, tighten the belt and get some smarts, don’t eat take aways all the time, simple foods are best, after a while you will need very little to eat, compared to the amount you previously ate.

And this is not gospel, take it with a grain of salt and use your own common sense, if you don’t want to do it, don’t, but at least work out why, and have a bloody good reason, because if someone tells you that meditation is horseshit, then they are lying through their teeth and want something from you.

You can read all sorts of articles on meditation on the internet, but sometimes people need a bit of encouragement, from a real person, “Yes, it’s brilliant”, helps a lot. Do you know why they don’t want you to meditate, because once you learn to meditate effectively, no one can fuck you over, at least not as much as before and no one can control you, make you watch that new car ad that they are begging you to buy, every night of the week, that drink that rots your teeth and says it is the taste of life, the disgusting food, you know the drill, if they can control you, they can make you buy their product, which makes them fabulously rich, and you that little bit poorer, then you are begging for a way out, “I need money, what am I going to do, help me I’m so pathetic”, and you will hear, “Come to my house and I will give you the answer”, but you only walk away with another useless product and an ear full of lies.

It wasn’t that hard to find the past purchase history on my iPhone, settings, tap profile, tap media and purchases, view account, log in, tap the last 90 days, you will see a list of years, pick all year to see every purchase for that year.
